Using dietary software personalized to an athlete’s sport, measured metabolism, and fitness-level we monitor athletes’ normal nutritional habits. We implement a multi-factorial approach to nutritional evaluation and recommendations that accounts for our athletes’ culture, food preferences, food accessibility, competitive schedule, sport training and performance goals.
