Athletes seeking to compete at a higher level ask:

  • Do I have the necessary level of strength and endurance to meet the demands of my sport?
  • How do I compare to my competition?
  • What can I do to improve my level?
  • What can I do to sustain my performance throughout the competitive season?

Our belief is that athletes’ must obtain a base level of strength and endurance to achieve optimal sport performance. The fact is as competitive-level increases from youth, high-school, collegiate on to professional so do the physical requirements. Given the variety competitive levels and physical requirements across all sports, Synergy’s approach to implementing strength or endurance training first considers athletes’ physical profile then the specific nature of their respective sport. Synergy staff also works in unison with individual athletes, coaches, and sport clubs to further cultivate a training regimen tailored for high athletic performance. With a multi-factorial approach to the customization, delivery, and consistent reevaluation of training our athletes outlast competition and maintain peak performance!
